Currently at Accenture as a Level 9 Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience. My CTC is ₹20 LPA, with ₹18.21 LPA as fixed.Got an offer from Barclays for a BA4 Operations BA role with ₹22 LPA fixed. Honestly, this feels quite low — I was expecting at least ₹26–28 LPA fixed (around a 40–45% hike on my current fixed).

Need some advice here. I am a fullstack developer with 5 yoe in Angular and Python. My aim is to crack FAANG companies. Now I got an offer from HSBC in a credit risk model monitoring role using Python. It is close to a data engineer role.
My question is that will it be a good idea to shift from development role to a model monitoring role if I want to move to FAANG in the future?Or does FAANG not prefer people who are not in core development roles?Amazon Microsoft Google Adobe PwC EY Citi Barclays JPMorgan Chase

After negotiation hr agreed for 23.5 . Shall i push for 25 lpa or for more?
Yes it’s too low
How much should i ask?
You should bargain more or look elsewhere as you would have to wait for 1.5 years for hike as here hike cycle is just once a year and that too in Dec for which you won’t be eligible this year
