So I'm new to IT field and got only 1 year experience in automation testing using Tosca, I got training in java and selenium and I studied selenium myself in free time to learn more in testing, I'm thinking to make a switch next year. I’m starting my exit from Deloitte after 2 years here doing Salesforce implementations, and about 4 years prior to that of more Salesforce implementations. I’ve realized that I love receiving quick/frequent feedback, I prefer to have my compensation correlate to how hard I work, and like working closely with people.
