currently working as a business analyst at an IT consulting firm. all throughout college I've been pretty involved with strategy consulting clubs, and would still like to pursue that as a career, but unfortunately, I did not land any roles at the big 4 or MBB.

how likely is it for me to get strategy jobs at the big 4 or MBB after 2 years of work experience in IT consulting? should I consider an MBA to pivot or simply wait to be hired back as an experienced hire in tech?
