Currently working as a data center / cloud transformation consultant at a smaller firm. Got a lot of experience quickly right out of college and am now interviewing with larger firms (Big 4, etc.). Just got an interview lined up with PwC... really don’t want to be in a toxic environment anymore (current firm is an old boys club to the max), and I’m not afraid of hard work. What is it really like working at PwC? Competitive salary for those with ~3 years experience? Thanks!

I’ve been doing ID for about 2 years now. Mostly slip and fall and WC work. Long-term, I want to move out of ID. I’m currently interviewing at a firm that does ID, but mostly does insurance coverage opinions. They also do some more complex ID, such as L&E.

With the ultimate goal of moving completely out of ID, would this be seen as a step up? I appreciate any and all feedback. TIA
