Currently working as a financial services consultant in a small FS firm. Just had a call with a recruiter for a L7 PM Sr Prog Mgr role in Amazon Shipping! The recruiter offered a 190k base and TC of 295k for Seattle. I pitched 400k TC based on what I have read on levels.fyi, fishbowl and reddit. The recruiter said this is the top of the range but i dont believe it. I work in financial services and have competing offers with top 10 banks for the same amount at Director/ED levels. Is this worth considering?

I have given interview for salesforce dev position in IQVIA and all the three rounds were completed on 10Feb after that I didn't got any communication from recruiter , how many days it usually takes and I am in notice period and it is going to next month..

Will I get an offer from them before the end of next month?

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

I am keen to transition to FAANG/UK but not sure if I should continue in people’s business! Or should I try RPM/APM opportunities as I am currently leading full cycle work with cross functional teams I feel that might be nice thing to take a look at.
