Currently working at a nice consulting firm in the Payments processing space. Expected total comp this year is around $125k, but with commissions, upwards of $160k in coming years and beyond.

I have an offer on the table from a large card network (Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover) with a $140k base but limited in terms of immediate growth. Open for thoughts on how to approach this

Can anyone explain the difference between PWC SDC, PWC AC and PWC India?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

Please answer if you have worked for both and have significant first hand experience about the difference in WLB, annual hikes, work culture, any other observations.
