I am working as an Senior Systems Engineer in Infosys at 3.9 LPA. I have around 2 years of experience. My Skill set is Informatica Power Centre, Teradata, SQL, Python, Tableau, Autosys (batch scheduler) and advanced excel. Was there ever a resume that you have come across that made you want to hire the person before you even met them? What made it so unique?

What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing? Or can I actually find a senior PMM role that allows a bit more room to breathe?

They are seeking 5-7 years of experience and someone willing to commute to an office a few times per month.

They are a enterprise level company but their UX team of 30 people look super legit. This is a behind the scenes UX roles building tools for mortgage lenders and bankers and such.
