I’m not sure how this will impact this bowl, but it is worth pointing out the need to assess whether there should be concern for those in this bowl. While we all understand ADHD is something attorneys are completely capable of managing with legal positions, not everyone in the field agrees with that. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_va66ztgmkw

If its your first time seeing a particular esthetician they will probably start you with a basic facial that includes some extractions. Seeing your skin, they can give you recommendations on this to change or a process to start.
I don't find extractions bad. By the time they happen, your esteicician has been cleansing your skin and steamed you so your pores are open. You feel some scraping pressure, and sometime a little pinching., but probably not anything worse than what you do on your own.
I usually had a breakout of little pimples a week after, but learned during covid I have rosacea so I think that was really what happened.
I would use a forea cleansing brush, salicylic cleanser(cerave has a great one) followed by an aha/bha toner, follow it up with a retinoid in the pm....morning- wash with forea/cleanser, follow with vitamin C serum and sunscreen. I have been using the ordinary toner and Vit C- good quality for a veryyyy affordable price

What is your current routine? A facial will help but the results will be temporary if you don’t have a good regimen
You shouldn’t exfoliate every day, definitely too much for the skin.
Also, make sure the makeup remover is actually a skin cleanser and not just meant to remove makeup. I wouldn’t trust just wipes for example.
Everyone’s skin is so different, but Sunday Riley UFO oil has done wonders for my clogged pores. Since adding it into my routine in early March I have seen such a dramatic difference.
Have you thought about using Hello Ava or developing a better at home skincare routine? A facial can definitely help a ton, but what you do at home is what really matters.
See a dermatologist and do a combo of drugs, lasers and extraction. Throw away the scrubs. If your skin is sensitive, all the stuff you’re doing is making it worse. $$ doesn’t mean it’s good.
