I am an ex-employee of Capgemini.
I need my Form 16 for FY 2020-21. I sent an email to offboardingservices.in@capgemini.com but they forwarded my request to some other people. One of them replied that we can download our form 16 of the last two FY from HGS PORTAL.
but no one is guiding properly how to login to HGS PORTAL as an ex-employee.
It's been one week since I sent my first email.
Does anyone know how to login to HGS PORTAL as an ex-employee?

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).
