If you are not ready to recruit 90days notice period guys. Please don't invite them to interview panel. If they clear both the rounds atleast tell them we are not recruting for more than 90 days. Atleast they won't wait for offer letter. After working so hard for the interview travelling and attending on-person walk in drive ot feels so disappointed.

I am working as analyst in kgs consulting team with total 5 years of exp. I have got an offer letter from accenture with 10lpa + variable. The role is of senior analyst in technology side.
My current compensation is 6.5 and manager ia saying that they will promote and increse my salary.

In general, how long it will take for approval of offer letter and get it released?

It's more than 90 days and I have not received my fnf ,even though I have served my notice period,whenever I am following up they say that the team is working on that , even though I have looped higher management like vp, senior manager but not getting any help.
Is there a way i could get my fnf amount back.
