Deloitte India - Bench policy.
Thave been part of Deloitte India for 7 months now,
as a DM/Senior Consultant.
For the first 4.5 months, I was assigned to a project.
For the next ~3, I was on bench. I have only given one
interview as of now, which did not go in my favor.
What is the bench policy here?
Am I looking down at the barrel of being laid off?
