Weighing offers from IQVIA (Consultant, strategy/life science) and Oliver Wyman (Experienced Consultant). IQVIA base and total comp are slightly better. Thoughts on each company, work/life, career growth, ect. Which offer would you accept? Also, I am a consultant for a healthcare network now, not a physician.

Anyone have insights on the 2023 IBM Enterprise Strategy, Senior Consultant position(comp package, what they do etc). Looks like it has a Start date ofJune 2023 or later.

I have hit my wall. I cannot do public accounting any longer. I cannot deal with the constant focus on compliance, billable hour and the general unproductive behaviors/mindsets. I remember a day when we were here to help clients. Now I just feel like we are here to bill clients. I want to go help someone build something.
