Why do you want to join Deloitte for an entry position even after having 2.6yrs of experience? I hierarchy in Deloitte is analyst, consultant, senior consultant ( in increasing order). My personal opinion would be go or KPMG, its your decision at the end.
Yeah thanks for your guidance but I'm not getting the kind of work I'm looking like in Deloitte they said in managerial round that I'll work their as full stack developer (angular, react, spring boot, microservices) but in KPMG they said their I need to work on some tool. Technology in KPMG are java/psql so I'm biy concerned.
Yes try showing counter offer and they might increase your package. Atleast match or close to your offer is possible. You do stand a chance. Good luck !
