Completed all rounds for a CSM role at a Series C startup. Im super excited about the role and had a touch base with the hiring manager yesterday. She had amazing feedback from the entire team. I interviewed for a role at a start up that I was extremely excited for back in May and never made it past the recruiter (after 3 weeks of silence). I am not 100% in line with all the desired qualifications but I do have some extremely specific and relevant experience. I just saw the job was posted again and reached out to the recruiter - no response. I am First time eligible for income tax slab form FY22-23. I can't invest much since I have so many family commitments. So only component I can use of 80C is EPF. So in order to get Tax Benefits. Can I send 20k per month to my parents who are not earning and generate a receipt and a avail full eligible HRA exemption? Is that possible and will there be any problem in future? If it's ok do my parents needs to show this income in IT portal since it's 2.4LPA? TIA.

Is Specialist and Associate role same in McK?

Hi Friends, need an urgent advice. Last week was my joining with PwC. Just before 3 days, I received another offer and asked Pwc to match it. PwC HR committed to raise initial offer by some amount, but less than the other offer. I agreed to join with revised offer. A day later, Pwc HR calls up and said, I’m not getting approval for the said amount due to parity in team. I told her initially that it’s my dream to join big4. My DOJ is being delayed. What should I do now? I still have other offer.
