My MQS is already at platinum this year, but MQM wise I’m am barely gold status so far this year. Without frequent international travel how are so many people Platinum and Diamond status?

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.
