I finally decided to invest in cryptocurrency but not sure how and where to start. I am looking to invest from a long term perspective (5-10 years).

Are there any low risk steady increase options or is the whole crypto currency a high risk game?

I'm 1 year out of college and recently inherited $400k and have another $120k saved up from internships and work.
