Thanks so much!

Are there specific topics you would like the book to address?

Not necessarily. I’m open to any recommendations covering both broad or specific topics within personal finance.

Single and childless but would like kids. High income and maxing out all tax advantaged accounts I can but was thinking of starting a 529 in my own name to be transferred to future kids. If I don’t have kids maybe transfer it to my nephew. Thoughts, pros, cons?

Why would you ever want to rollover your 401K into an IRA? It seems like doing so would essentially prevent you from successfully being able to do a IRA to Backdoor Roth IRA conversion due to the pro-rata rule. Am I missing something? Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? I know that title is not a big thing but why I feel like my title is downgraded here… Good thing is my jobs here at my current team are what I really wanted to do. This is amazing. I love my new team and people here! Super healthy working environment! But just curious about the title.

30th birthday present watch accessory ideas.

A lot of knowledge on here so asking for some help. It’s my partner’s birthday and I’ve no idea what to buy him. He’s a watch fanatic - Pateks (sports and dress), Audemars (sports and dress), Rolex (sports), Omega (sports).

I’m obviously not buying him a watch for his birthday (in his dreams!) but any idea for some good accessories? He’s already got a PP watch winder, and has bought multiple nice straps for the dress watches. I’m completely lost.

Does anyone know if Infosys Consulting typically has a remote structure? I have a higher base offer from another consulting company that I prefer, but they have a travel requirement of potentially up to 50%, whereas Infosys claims to be flexible on allowing consultants to be fully remote in the future hybrid environment. I'm Boston based, in financial services, so it is hard not to imagine trips to NYC being required. With family commitments,I am not sure that I can sign on for any travel. TIA!

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
