Can anyone assist me what Senior FP&A Role people can have the salary expectations in Warsaw Poland for having 9+years.

Do managers and partners think about the additional work that a note will cause and if its really necessiary before giving them out?

I know this has been asked before but I can’t find the thread. How much do firms care about GPA as an experienced hire? I had a really shitty GPA in college.. will that affect my offer?

How do you deal with a manager / junior partner who is always nitpicking and questioning why you did what you did, or telling you what you did is the wrong way to do things? It’s generally prefaced with them only doing this to help you grow, but has the exact opposite effect on me. And then when you try to explain your POV, you’re tagged as being defensive. Generally ends me with saying I’m sorry. No other partners at the firm have ever raised any concerns on my communications or work product.

New to due diligence and not sure the timeline of projects. Tips to stay organized of the project and timeline, and how to update those leading the deal? Just keep track of new info and provide as necessary?

I built a small business that generates about 100% profit margin. Set up the LLC got trademarks, have all my suppliers, everything's all ready to go. I get daily orders. I don't want to do it anymore so I offered to give it to my family, they struggle financially. Not a single one wants to take it over. WTF. IT'S SO FUCKING SIMPLE.
