Omega, Costco Multivitamin, B Complex, and D (occasionally). Started in my mid 40s.
I have a toddler in daycare and I definitely don’t get sick as often as I used to when my older one was in daycare - may be because I developed immunity along with my older kid-not sure.
I was extremely low on B12 and D before I started taking them. Don’t have that problem anymore, along with a significant improvement in energy levels and motivation.
Vit B and D specifically , cut back on carbs ( rice is treat day) I am South Indian so , instead mix Sambhar or Rasam with Ragi kanji when I feel the craving☺️. Lots of veggies and lentils and beans , eat homemade curd once a day , fresh fruits especially bananas and very little fried food . M52 , and have successfully brought down my cholesterol and sugar levels along with my weight. The biggest improvement for me is when I got my cpap machine and now I have the energy to actually go to a gym at least three days a week

Started when I turned 40.
Not sure if it's made any difference - though what used to be an every 2 month constant respiratory infections had reduced a lot but I also mask up on flights and Ubers or the moment I see someone sniffing and just this past 2 months I've repeatedly gotten sick. So I don't know if it's all BS - maybe I'm creating really expensive pee 🙁.
