How can you lose weight/fat without changes to your diet? Restricting calories is a change to your diet. For anyone reading, the internet is free, just look up CICO and understand how protein fat and carbs affect the body, calculate your TDEE and eat to hit your calorie goal for the day. Lower calories than your body needs and you will lose weight. Don't pay people for things available for free

I didn't discredit it, I gave people the steps to start googling and find all the information they need for free. Yes, restricting calories is portion control. You needed to pay money to some guy to tell you to eat less? Lol

Thanks, what was his high level plan for you? Did you have to cook a lot of meals?
It’s a 12 week program in total with various complex workouts and ways to introduce caloric deficit without giving up foods that you enjoy. For food, the 40/30/30 macros for carbs, protein and fat is key to be maintained.
