Did you use certmetrics for certification for skill builder portal. I was facing issues accessing certmetrics website on my work computer and it doesn't open without touching the 2FA thing. I use CSOS chromebook. My manager is not approving my certmetrics access and vots which is it team for CSOS they are saying nearest leadership can do the same only.What can I do? Can he really deny me that as this is a part of skill builder?

I had no letters provided by my mentor.
The bgv team is now asking for bank statement and offer letter .
After requesting i got experience letter but i dont have anything else to prove that i worked there.
I have not lied but i am not able to prove .

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
