Projects and products I sell can range from 5k-4million. But I don’t make commission, and neither do my co-workers. We’re a relatively small company. Just getting out of the worst contract I've ever had. Never had a client work so hard to make sure I couldn't do anything. Put in 2 weeks notice a few weeks ago that would end it 3 weeks before the contract completed because I found something else.

Took them two days before they said to leave right then. Told me for 1st time there was performance issues. Now they are simply saying they won't pay the last 40 hours worked.

HR said they will roll out the offer letter but didn't do it yet and said you can proceed with others as we have many interviews to check other candidates. I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
