How much increment can I expect. Is there in pay band for minimum pay.

I am leaving Deloitte to work for a Dubai based company.

At Deloitte i was getting 2 lakhs a month in hand and at Dubai they are paying me 20k per month and some yearly bonus component.

Is this a good decision or am I taking a cut in terms of pay and growth by going to Dubai?

So the question is do I stay where I'm not thrilled to be now because it's good experience to set me up for the dream job next time there's an opening, or do I leave now to an option that's better pay and more interesting but farther off the path towards my long term goal?

In 2015 i was working under a civil engineer and i had shown that in my experience.
I had no letters provided by my mentor.
The bgv team is now asking for bank statement and offer letter .

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
