Thoughts on long-term (5-30 years) fate of the market for consulting in London? I joined MakeMyTrip in April. I got married in June. My husband works in hyderabad and we stay with his family. So I asked MMT to extend WFH for me. Full remote is not a possibility as per the company policy. I would love to work for product based companies like MMT. YOE - 6 in Android development. I got an offer from MakeMyTrip Bengaluru 22L fixed + 2L joining bonus. I'm from hyderabad. MMT has hybrid work model and wants me to relocate so that I could appear in office twice in a week. They denied full remote opportunity. Given that some companies are providing full remote opportunities, is it still worth it to relocate for a job/career? I live in a rented flat in hyderabad which I need to vacate and find a new place in a new city bengaluru.

Is it good to switch on java development because android developer dont have that much good opportunity than java developer in mnc. Focus on salary.
