I really need this and have chased it for a while. Thought I found someone but it was overpromise and under-deliver (with a side of unstable). My next step is to go to an agency. Trying to source myself was resulting in too many applicants pitching house cleaning services, rather than what we’re talking about. My fear is the expense. Excited to hear from anyone who has cracked this code (especially if you don’t live in a major city).

Had a cancelled FET then was put on BC. I got my period while on BC and am on day 7 changing a pad every 4 hours. Anyone experienced this? I’m thinking it’s the lining shedding from cancelled cycle

I know that some other associates at my level are approximately 30% behind other associates in hours on a month to month basis. Yet all of these associates say they are “at capacity”, and myself and another associate still end up being assigned work instead of them. How do we handle this? For reference, all associates are around the firms minimum requirement, it’s just that a few of us are 30+% over and it is leading to burnout.

I have offers from Airtel and VMware, can anyone suggest which one would be better.
Package is almost same, it's just that airtel is giving all fixed but VMware has annual bonus and RSU's.
