Do companies nowadays still ask programming questions on Trees, Lists, Arrays etc for a 11 yoe? If yes are they the easy or mid level questions on the internet or Hard level questions on Leet code? Is it only Design Level questions?

I make $100K with 12% bonus and was offered a role $130k with 15-20% bonus. 4YOE in provider industry.

I am in a comfortable spot with a good team but the work is dull, new role would be consulting with more work & travel

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?
