I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon
Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

There was a similar post a few weeks back on how to get your puppy to stop biting. If you search for it, there will be a few tips.
Overall, dogs will learn from one another. If your pup bites, the other dog will either check that aggression or run or send a signal that they don’t want to play anymore. You can help that transition by loudly yelling ouch and then turning away from them and stopping all play. Do that a few times and your pup will learn where to draw the line.

Yeah dramatic overreaction helps establish boundaries. It also helps when their puppy teeth fall out - those things are weapons
Can you redirect to a toy? Also don’t sit down, always kneel or stand when interacting with them so you are in command. My dog who is 2 still thinks it’s play time if anyone is ever sitting on the ground. Puppies bite, but you need to consistently correct and redirect if they bite at clothes or hands. Looks like your dog got carried away.

Same! If anyone sits in the ground, my 4 year old pup will come over and lick your face and wrestle with you whether you want her to or not lol
Yelping loudly (same sound the dogs makes if you accidentally step in them:) I have found very effective in getting their attention that what they did is not ok. Also for our labradoodle the most effective deterrent we ever discovered was to immediately put him outside the room and shut the door. complete cessation of all fun definitely got his attention like no amount of yelling or scolding ever would.

This is just one of many examples. Her teeth is sharp around this age too.

Um you tell your dog "no" if the bite is too much.. .

Yes. She either doesn’t let go, or let go and then preceeds to bite another part of our body.

Have to teach her not to bite. The biting and nipping is normal at that age BUT it is also the age when the training of what’s acceptable has to start. Have to make sure she knows play biting is ok but not to hurt you or her friends. Tell her “no”, “nope” or whatever word you use when she does it and redirect. If she is playing with doggy friends need to do the same if she is biting them a lot.
