I’m going to guess different firms treat it differently because I’ve heard it’s less. Some firms won’t promote to manager unless there’s a CPA so the bill rate is stuck at supervisor.
The billing rates are generally based on the level of the individual performing the work. Any qualifications or certifications will not impact the billing rate for a particular level. As with everything, there may be exceptions on a individual engagement.
Pretty much the same. Bill rates are bullshit anyways. Unless you’re on a job that pays ‘time & materials’, you can bill $1M per hour but you’re still going to get paid the amount stated in the contract.
