Mixed them up today with some OJ, Fairlife milk, unflavored protein powder, spinach, hemp seeds and chia seeds. Best smoothie yet!

I got an offer from Natwest. My current company is accenture and they are offering me to promote as an assoc manager if i take my resignation back. Shall i consider it? What whould i prefer Nat west or promotion in Accenture. How much hike accenture gives while promoting? Any inputs?

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Hello folks, I’m after some advice please. I recently bought a couple of indoor plants and added to the cart what I think is a very expensive bottle of natural mist to use on the leaves. All organic, glass bottle etc. supposed to use it 2-3 times per week but 2 weeks in I’m down to half a bottle and it was £15 (approx $20). I understand that I need to nurture the plants but it strikes me as a rather expensive mist. Is there anything you’d recommend I can use instead? Thanks.
