Hi All :) I need advise on whether it is possible to get my first time H1B stamped at a US consulate in Canada ? I am required to travel to Canada anyway for my PR stamping and I am trying to figure out if I can get my H1B stamped around the same time while I am in Canada for my PR, since it is extremely difficult to get appointments in India these days? I had salary discussion call with Cognizant HR on 6th Sep and submitted all the required docs on same day. But I haven’t received any response yet. I sent multiple emails, but no reply on that. What should I do in this case? Any suggestions please.

One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
Now'what and all would be the consequences she might face. Is there any chance of these things are being escalated? Please advise!
