I would expect an equity partner’s % of equity to increase or decrease based on that partners value add contributions assessed each year. If the partner just had a single stand out year, but not likely to repeat - that would warrant an appropriate bonus, but not necessarily any additional % of equity. However, if that partner is bringing additional revenue to the firm that is expected to continue, beyond what they were doing when their equity was last assigned, that would warrant an appropriate equity increase.

Thnx again, very helpful! I have my own firm and we’re growing quickly, so I’ve been thinking a lot about how equity might look substantially different (more like startup equity with significant potential for appreciation rather than biglaw equity with rights to profit distributions) and what partnership would look like, esp. compared to other firms. I have been offered 15000 PLN monthly gross with luxoft poland. Can anyone suggest after paying taxes how much I can expect in hand monthly. Also I have offer from hcl 14lpa and baker hughes and I have not negotiated offer with any of them. YOE - 3.5yrs. Also my notice period ending next month 8th July. Can anyone suggest what should I prefer?

Hi car 🐟

Been looking into 2019 Infiniti QX50, Lincoln MKC, Mazda CX-5, Chevy Equinox, and other similar compact to mid size SUVs but having hard time making the decision.

What are some affordable SUVs that i can buy with ~$25k budget? Hopefully it's post 2019 model and has good fuel economy and reliability (low maintenance cost). I'm less concerned on the mileage but wanting good horsepower (~250hp). Any suggestions? Thanks for your insights.
