I have been offered 15000 PLN monthly gross with luxoft poland. Can anyone suggest after paying taxes how much I can expect in hand monthly. Also I have offer from hcl 14lpa and baker hughes and I have not negotiated offer with any of them. YOE - 3.5yrs. Also my notice period ending next month 8th July. Can anyone suggest what should I prefer?

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC.
