Do you find time to work out and stay on top of what you eat? I am honestly so jealous of women who have it all in check - they're fit, busy with passions, put together, and wealthy all at the same time. It seems impossible to achieve that level of bliss, but how are people here making sure to get the much needed time to spend on fitness? I could really use some motivation right now.

After work, straight to the gym. If I don’t it, I don’t feel good. And it’s now just part of my routine. There is never a workout I regretted. Getting to it is not always easy, but the feeling after a workout it always worth it. Need to do better in terms of nutrition though

I spent way too many years not prioritizing this and the consequences were very big for me. If you're at a stage where the consequences haven't shown themselves yet, then you should prioritize finding time. It's hard, but it's also not that hard. One extra hour in the morning or one hour straight after work, so you don't get too comfortable at home, is all it takes.

I have a meal service for dinners that is delivered fresh once a week according to my protein/macros. Exercise right after work 5x a week.

I feel pretty in control, I only fall off the wagon with client/team dinners + drinks

For those who moved from a client serving role to an internal role in public accounting while at a fairly high level (experienced manager or senior manager), did you take a pay cut or does your pay stay flat when you transition with minimal increases in subsequent years? Also what role are you in now? I really like EY and the company. I’d like to look at moving to an internal role but I’m worried I’ve priced myself out (currently at around 140k comp in LCOL).
