Do you have a high staff turn over rate at your work ? Why do you think this is ?

I can tell you right now the pay is low and the job is stressful and that is why we have such high turnover rates. Nobody wants to be in an uber stressful job when they are literally living paycheck to paycheck and can't seem to stay above water. I don't know how my company hasn't figured that out yet but somehow they have not.

Yes that’s a huge issue ! What does it take for companies to see the underlying issues it’s crazy.

Why have you even wasted money in booking the hotel, just for high tea? Do you think, people would care about the townhall & go?, if you just give high tea?
Seriously man! I don't even know, why PwC is even coming under Big4! Shame!!

I am currently a medical biller and coder that just graduated. I am currently in an entry level position because I am still studying to get certified. I will have a year's work of exp in July and will sign a contract for another year because my boss is training me in more I don't know.

I'm wondering what the pay is for someone in my position without certification. I live with family and want to afford to move out but I am single and only make $18/hr. Is that standard or am I being underpaid?

I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done. I would take a pay cut to work for a system that's actually trying to do something disruptive in the Industry as opposed to just using buzz words in ppt.

I have been a phlebotomist for the last three and a half years with quest. I have over 20 years of experience. And have been trying to transfer to a different state. I believe that I am being blocked from my transfer even though my manager approves it on paper. Is there any way I can find this out. If I can't successfully transfer I may have to look for work outside of my current employer.

I was recently (in April) fired from a good nursing position that I was at for 5 years. I reached out to my old ADON to get some information on where we had our vaccinations from and she told me that I should come back and the administrator that I had issues with is gone. Is this something I should even consider? I miss my patients and some of my coworkers and the pay is better, but I don't feel like I would really be welcome to come back.
