Early in my career, I was advised to stay loyal and avoid switching jobs too often, as it could signal a lack of commitment to future employers. But in the recent years, it seems like job-hopping for better pay or opportunities doesn’t carry the same stigma. Would love to hear your perspective? Do you think job-hopping is a smart career move, or is loyalty still something companies value and reward?

My new job occasionally requires me to review vendor agreements. I don’t have any background in this area and am trying to get up to speed. My department doesn’t have a document management system, so it’s tough to find old agreements as precedent. Any recommendations for books or other sources - or any words of wisdom? Thanks!

Did anyone else adopt the new Florida Wonders curriculum? We just adopted it this school year, and I teach 4th grade. My team and I have not found a good flow, schedule, or whatever you want to call it.
