Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
When I left Nagarro around 2 years back my fixed there was 11.50. Shall I consider this offer of Nagarro. Reason I want to change the job is because I don't have code based automation in my current organization and I have been an SDET in my whole experience.

"People just want it to work" is a thing clients have said about the product the company I work for makes. It's true. And it's all over. I usually think it's because Agile's method is what everyone thinks works but so much stuff across all tech areas seems to be released broken and then never fixed or fixed way too slowly. Anyone else feel this way? Has Agile worked for you and your clients?

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. I went to the lease this last weekend. Not one drop of alcohol was had. That was the closest I’ve come to caving. 4 wheelers, killing dinner with big guns, doing manly things in God’s country. I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

Almost regretting my choices since I come from a prominent pharma ad agency as an account, and it seems like most brands consider account as sales, and limit pharma transition into non-pharma industry.

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. My plan moving forward is to only focus on the top revenue driving product launches for now and say “no” to basically everything else.
