Hmm, I don't think solving this is about cutting corners on quality, but about optimizing efficiency. It requires tight coordination with your Talent Acquisition partners and a shared sense of urgency across the hiring team. It's tough to balance, but losing top talent at the finish line is a clear sign the process needs to adapt to market speed.
If your hiring process is essentially driving people away, you need to fix it. Streamline what you can, and treat candidates with respect. Having a labyrinthine process serves no one, and it's going to cost you some good candidates.
