Depends on the level of stress and if you have resentment?

In my case it showed toward the end. I was always composed and in a client facing role I had an extremely good poker face. But the truth is when the client wasn’t there and I was just staring at the computer my face for sure didn’t look right. I started even filming myself for a few minutes to check, you can tell. If you want you could put a little desk mirror facing you. Your own face might catch you off guard 😂

I’m pretty good at holding in my frustration verbally, but it’s very difficult when I have to get on camera! Didn’t used to be this way until the reorganization and new management started. Now I just channel all of that energy into getting out!

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
