Do you use ChatGPT? If so, what’s your favourite prompt?

Not so much a specific prompt, but I’m all about prompt optimization. Starting a prompt with a qualifier like “As an expert in _____ field…” helps the platform with drawing on specific knowledge sets to help you get what you want. And after a response has been generated, I like following up with “What else do you need?” for further detail - ChatGPT will then probe for additional information to better refine its response.

Using it for excel has made my life 100 times easier. Why try to figure out formula logic, if I can type it out in plain English?

You do have to have some understanding of excel to make it work for you though.

I use it as a replacement for hours long Google searches. Get well summarized answers within seconds instead of tens of minutes / hours. Then DON'T take it's word for it. Manually Google to verify. That's my process.

What's this? What's the difference with chatgpt?

I prompt it to forget titles/names of things I create so it doesn’t give them as suggestions to other people.

like

Because it can (and does) suggest titles for books, businesses, etc. I use it a lot for helping bring more form to creative ideas. Once I tell it which names to stop suggesting it learns that those are not viable options.

I use Claude & Bard more than ChatGPT anymore. Claude seems to be more “human” for creative prompts and Bard seems to be more accurate.

like

Bard is awful for creative stuff! It’s essentially Google with not much more to offer :/

I read an article recently that the accuracy of ChatGPT has significantly declined over the past few months

Hi! I’m currently CoS to the CEO for a PE backed healthcare company. I currently make $140K + $25K bonus. I was CoS for 1.5 year at a nonprofit before joining this company, and have been at my current company for 1.5 years for a total of 3 years of CoS experience. I’m up for a raise this month, and curious what some of you are making for ballpark? I’m also on a COO path at my current company and was wondering if anyone else is also on that trajectory and if you have any tips? Thanks!
