I'm fairly new to the industry and I'm having a hard time getting comfortable during showings. I get nervous and stumble over my words. Advice for how to get more comfortable and confident?

What are the drawbacks of the firms that have earlier tracks for income partners (i.e. Kirkland, McDermott, etc.)? Is the pay pretty much the same as “associates” your year making market? Do you non-billable admin and business development expectations go up?

upto how many relieving letter will be asked while joining a new company..example...i have changed 4 jobs...then all 4 relieving is required or only last job relieving is required ??
