Does 50% attendance enough to get promoted from 6B to 7A?

Thoughts on what to get wife for her bday. Shes turning 30 and because of covid we cant do a big birthday bash like we were planning. She also got laid off b.c of Covid and has been in a bit of a rut and I want to make her feel better and have a great birthday. Shes an amazing wife and mom and I want her to have a great birthday. I received my confirmation of my selection on 29th of july.
I was asked to share my documents as well as fill the CAF form which I did on that day itself.
Can someone tell me, how much time they take to disburse the offer letter?

My employers' CEO just announced that they just received $7 million from investors. He wants to use that money to offer incentives to employees that hussle and drive more revenue for the company. We're not sure what those incentives look like yet, but here are some post-announcement rumors from my co-workers:

Cash bonuses, raises, profit-sharing, company equity, 401k match, etc.

Friend lives in Moscow, Russia and friends with a Sr manager of multiple rolex ADs in the city. Apart from the usual DJs, literally the only thing they apparently have in the entire city is a single Submariner gold TT. Crazy. And here I was thinking that I can outfox the waitlists

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.
