Does anyone else lie in bed at night, worrying about AI taking all of the marketing jobs, then you start panicking about what you'll do when you can't find a job? Is it just me? Because I am known to be a worrier.

For the next 5-10 years, AI is unlikely to replace the job entirely. It is likely to streamline the headcount needed though. If you can demonstrate that you are able to use AI agents to deliver the output of several people now, then you’ll be safe in the next wave.
Does this suck? Yes, of course, but there is no value in burying your head in the sand.
Beyond that is anyones guess - perhaps LLM developments hit a ceiling and we stay managing teams of agents, perhaps we hit AGI and the current societal models collapse. That’s an anxiety for another day.

I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send. I already spoke with him about these issues, but things haven’t really changed. I really like the work I do but I’m starting to feel frustrated about the situation. Any advice? Or anyone else in a similar situation?
