Does anyone have any advice for an interview?

I have a final interview on Friday- it’s with the company I currently work for but another department and a higher management position than my current role.
They’re looking for me to talk more around how I would scale up the department more internationally.
I’ve done a fair bit of research around it already. I was just wondering if anyone had any last minute thoughts/suggestions.

Does this mean I am rejected ?

I have given interview to TCS on 28th September, after 2 days got a mail saying that to upload documents I have done that. Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Then she asked me there is a need in direct project are you okay with technical round and I said yes. Then she said thanks and disconnected.

I am Fully confused about this process can some one clear me from this please.

I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?

How many days Deloitte India takes to release offer letter. I tried to contact HR she said that they are trying to get approvals and it is in progress. It's been a week that i have uploaded my docs.
