This is second time I got offer from CGI but now I have again a better opportunity. So if this time I reject will there be any problem for me in future?

I just completed the interview process at CGI, the HR called thereafter saying that I've cleared all the rounds and they'd like to give me an offer. They also sent a couple of mails for required documents. But I am yet to receive the offer letter, is this usual?

The Examiner also pointed out five differences between the primary reference and the claimed design. Can a person just say that he cannot disclose his current salary while negotiating an offer and just mention his expected salary (which may be 2x current one) , because if the current salary is low ,the expected salary can't be too higher than current one ? Never seen such a case so just asking

I got good internal hike last year like 30% but it's not upto market standard, can I ask for hike again this year amidst this recession times? I know they are recruiting new ppl with much more salary than me. Any suggestions hiw do i start the conversation
