Does anyone have faith ERG: communities at work? I just attended the Faith ERG conference in DC and it was amazing hearing what some companies are doing. Judaism extends way beyond faith but right now at Deloitte we are under a Faith & Allies Community. Same at EY, the group started shortly after 10/7 and has been fairly active. There is a great partner leading the effort and sends great messages of support every Friday and notifies us of good events such as the Nova Expedition in NYC. Grateful to have the community.

I started one at West Monroe, no clue how it’s going now as I’m not there anymore but I do know that the co-founded of the interfaith BRG and Muslim group is posting horribly antisemitic things on LinkedIn and attacking Jews and Jewish organizations in LinkedIn.

Kpmg started a Jewish ancestry BRG (business resource group) - currently a pilot but holding lots of events already. In the weeks right after October 7th (before the group was created) there was a vigil held by leaders who ultimately created the BRG.

The firm also did offer matching for donations for up to $1m to Magen David Adom, the employee resource fund and another non-profit.

My fiancé just made Aliyah for med school. Long distance is hard but I love my job/firm culture. I wish I could stay, but I’ll need to switch to a firm that allows working abroad in a year at the latest. In a year, we get married and I make Aliyah too. I’m afraid to tell anyone at my firm. I’m also looking for American companies that pay well and allow employees to live in Israel. Thoughts? Advice?
