I can't seem to change my profile

CTC dilemma:
I have 13 yoe . I am working with a global Bank for past 9 years . My current CTC is about 18 LPA which is bit on lower consider side considering existing market conditions. At my experience level , CTC should be around 30 LPA or more . I am getting offers however HR speaks only about 30% hike over CTC . How can I correct my CTC as per market.

We’re having a destination wedding and I feel selfish/silly for taking a honeymoon after. But I feel like if we don’t do it then we will put it off and it won’t really feel like a “honeymoon”. What would you do?

State of Ohio:
Anyone have experience with Dept of Public Safety? Are they disorganized? Do they have a bad culture? I am starting to think they suck based on my application experience with them , compared to other state agencies.

I had already told him monetary awards were not necessary as the "thank-you" and words of appreciation were enough for me.

Is it normal to receive such large monetary awards? I think 50~100 is acceptable

How to ask for a raise when you have more responsibility ?
Is it normal for people to ask for a raise when more responsibility/task fall under them? My company is going through separation and unfortunately my team is the one getting separated, I have to take on responsibility of another 3 people and continue to deliver the same after separation… how will you start this conversation with your manager ? Prospecting Ae’s (or bdrs) are you getting a lower open rate/filtered by spam filters due to attaching a link, screenshot or pdf? If yes, I’m curious if it’s the same drop off rate for all or if it’s different

Everyone has a different perspective on this but would love to hear yours. Someone has debt ranging say 4-5% interest rates. Do you attack debt more then investing to move towards a debt free life or do you go after investments since they return historically above that then paying down closer towards retirement. I know the latter looks better on paper but what about the psychological factors of being debt free and the guaranteed return on interest savings.

Do people negotiate salaries when being promoted? Or you get what you get? (Specifically EY-P (M&A) from director to sr. director)

Are firms willing to negotiate the role with campus hires? I received an offer for a big 4 in risk, which I signed early in September, but just now received another offer in TAS from a different firm. While I much prefer the big 4 firm, I do not want to work in risk anymore. Would a big 4 be willing to change groups? Have you heard of anyone able to do this? I feel kind of bad, but I truly despise the idea of working in risk now. ( My friend who's in the role right now hates it)

Any consulting firms that are particularly good for Jews or which honor Jewish holidays? My firm has a Jewish diversity team but I’d love to learn about others.

My fiancé just made Aliyah for med school. Long distance is hard but I love my job/firm culture. Yidden, I've been slowly drifting away from religion. It's odd because I used to be so connected, and I still retain the same values! Technology, however, has made religious ritual feel so lifeless, and I can barely muster the energies to maintain even a bare Jewish lifestyle. I become so sad when I see my friends becoming more connected, while I find myself gradually falling away 😞... HELP!
