What is the right CTC for experience of 3yrs in Software engineering domain at McKinsey?

Senior counsel, retail furniture company. Going through interviews now for the role and I’m wondering what a typical compensation package is. My specialty is real estate, 2015 grad, been in-house my whole career except for a short stint at a boutique real estate firm in SF when I graduated law school. SF Bay Area.

What's a good Software Engineering salary in Stockholm, Sweden?
I am currently making a bit more than 40k/year, and I have gotten extremely mixed information about whether it's a good salary or not

-I am under 20 years old and self taught, but I work on-par with the rest of the team (all of them except me have degrees ranging from master's to PhD), I don't know how much the other team components make
-I work with embedded software development with mostly C and C++

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? I’ve never been in a position to bargain my starting salary so this is all very new to me.
