You can try the international consulting companies w/ offices in IL (McK, BCG, Accenture, Big4)
Honest answer, it’s hard to either work in Israel, especially if you didn’t do military service or to find a job that will send you to Israel to work, unless you have a decent amount of experience and work in tech for necessary on-site access. Your best bet is a remote role that allows international work, but your day will also suffer when the time difference is anywhere from 7-10 hours difference and weekends are different days.
If you want to get into tech or the high valued start ups, those companies are usually started by people from the same units, specifically the elite ones or 8200. It’s just easier that way and a different type of networking. Not saying it’s impossible, but knowing people, from military experience, makes it easier.
Try getting a remote position in a European office at your firm, if possible. That may help with the time difference significantly if, say, you’re working London / Paris hours from Israel vs NY hours
