I have 5 Yoe.
Can any one tell me how is the company and wlb.
How is the work culture.
What is the average TC for SDE2 role.
Offer in hand - 27.5LPA.

Hey fishes, aside from the obvs candidates (fjord, Ideo, snook, deloitte digital, ey Parthenon, pwc consumer bit), who else is doing good work in the UX research/service design space? UK/Europe based.

Is Hillingdon/ Uxbridge a nice area to live and commute into London? SO is starting a job in Ox so considering living somewhere in between.

Alternatively, would it be better to just live in Ox and getting a train into Marlybone (my commuting tolerance is higher than my SO)?
