Does anyone know of a good and credible service that makes portfolios? I’m trying to get into PM as someone who’s only done marketing and sales and need some guidance on how to build my portfolio for PM positions.

Thank you! I just wanted to make sure I’m catering it to what would be important for a PM role. I know what would be in important for a marketing role but just needed a little guidance on the PM side.

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?

Does anyone have any recommendations of career coaches or where to begin to research legit ones? I’m quitting my job tomorrow morning. I don’t have a new job lined up. I’m scared, but also excited? I’ve felt under utilized for months, and haven’t had a promotion after two years. I never take risks like this, but life is too short. Is this a bad choice?

What has your experience been with new job offers and counter offers from current employers? In my opinion, if I’m looking to leave it is because I’m unhappy and excited about the new role I’ve been offered. I’ve never been interested in a counter offer and it seems like it would ruin relationships with both employers. Interested to hear others opinions!
