It has been in the 4 rounds for technical interviews talking to hiring manager, her peer, her boss. Yesterday was the 5th round talking to the HR director. I thought it was to negotiate salary. But it was just an conversation talking about who am I, career goals, questions etc. What is the point of this conversation? Will this impact the overall result? Anyone experienced this?
