I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

It really depends who you know sometimes.
Ageism is real in certain companies but not in others that will def love your experience. This is a really hard question to answer in a short comment. You first need to identify which is more important to you - function or the company. And then it’s a lot of networking and introductions and it’s hard work.
Articulating what you want to do is step 1. You cannot hope recruiters will try to figure it out for you. Only a rare few can do that and see your potential for a specific role but those are like hens teeth. Most will try really hard to find a direct fit of your skills in your resume to their job assignment spec. You will need to tailor your conversations to each person. Also learn the new vernacular and hot skills employers want. There are new names for old skills so you need to adapt those in your resume.
